Which posted rule, if any, tells a user that this setting exists?

Judge only the rules shown, only their text, only this snapshot. Not the subreddit's rules today, and not what you know about how Reddit works.

Go by what the segment checks. The message or comment it posts shows what the moderators meant, not what the setting catches.

Pick the closest rule that fits. A rule that names the conduct is the answer, and so is a rule the trigger is an instance of: a slur list under a civility rule, spam domains under a no-spam rule. Where two fit, take the more specific one. Add a second rule only if it would stand on its own.

The comment above the segment maps it when it names a rule, or names conduct a posted rule describes. One that only narrates the mechanism ("remove comments from accounts under 2 karma") does not.

Answer "no posted rule covers this" when nothing does. That is normal and common. Usually: it gates on the account rather than the post (karma, account age, account quality, a list of names), it is a block-list far wider than any rule describes, or nothing live happens.

"Unsure" and "I can't read it" are for reading trouble, not hard calls. Use them when the text is unreadable, or when you cannot say what a term is. If you know what it targets and merely not why, answer.
